At The Empowered Companion®, our mission is to honor and nurture the profound bond between humans and animals.
We are dedicated to providing calm, compassionate, collaborative care that supports and celebrates this connection. Through services such as Animal Reiki, Compassionate Care Pet Sitting, Feline Behavior Modification, and Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula Services, we aim to empower both animals and their human companions.
Our goal is to foster a harmonious relationship that enhances the well-being of all beings involved.
Our vision is a world where animals are honored as sentient beings with their own agency, emotions, and wisdom. Through our work with companion animals, we strive to foster relationships built on mutual respect, deep connection, and compassionate care—where humans recognize animals as sacred partners in their shared journey.
We believe that by transforming the way people interact with the animals in their daily lives, we create ripples of kindness that extend not only to other furry, feathered, and scaled family members but to people and animals of all kinds, shaping a more compassionate world for every living being.

We believe that life's path is most joyfully walked as a loving and respectful companion to the animals in our lives. We strive to provide gentle, effective care and to empower animals and their companions through education and ongoing support for all life stages.
The Empowered Companion® bases its services in the presence and kinship of Animal Reiki Meditation and authentic, energetic connection.
We bring the principles and precepts of Reiki to in-home pet sitting, feline training and behavior modification, and pet guardian education.
